So the Made in Denmark tournament is currently happening over on the European Tour. So far, it has been nothing short of awesome. The Danes have been an awesome fan base so far, and have really gotten into the game. It also helps that Thomas Bjorn and Thorbjorn Olessen are headlining the event, and the two Danish players are really helping expand the game in their home country.
But one of the most exciting holes on the course is the 16th hole, known as the Himmerland Hill. Here, golfers have a great shot into an elevated green as a stadium-like presence surrounds them. And yesterday, the hole played a whopping 86 yards! So of course, the guys were going at it hard, and it was awesome to see them have not one, but TWO holes in one.
First up, South African Zander Lombard!

How exciting is this! Seriously though, as the PGA Tour starts loving their 200+ yard par 3s, its awesome to see a hole that is so fun and gives the players a great chance to make up strokes. And overall, the Made in Denmark Open has had a great vibe so far with some fun times and loving their fellow Dane, Thomas Bjorn!
